Lefteris Olympios
was born in Limassol, in 1953. He studied Graphic Arts at
Doxiadis School in Athens (1973-1976), he continued with studies
in painting, hagiography, fresco and mosaic at the School of
Fine Arts, Athens (1978–1984), with D. Mytaras, P. Tetsis, K.
Xynopoulos, G. Kolefas; finally, he studied painting and
sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts, The Hague (1984-1986).
He has exhibited in
several solo and group shows in Cyprus as well as abroad –
including, Greece, Holland, Cairo Biennale 1988, Venice Biennale
